Alma Pay

Alma pay is completely free for those who purchase as long as the installments are paid within the established deadline.
You will only be charged a late fee if one or more of your scheduled installments are not repaid correctly by the due date.
Alma Pay will inform you a few days before each installment is due via SMS and email.

Late fees
If you have not made the payment before the due date and the automatic payment is not successful you will have 24 hours to complete the payment. If this does not happen, Alma Pay will apply a fee for late payment as explained below:

Payment made by the due date: No additional costs!
Payment made more than 24 hours late: No additional costs!
We are aware that some extenuating circumstances may arise which prevent payment from being made by the due date. If you think your case falls into these categories, please contact us HERE before your payment due date and we will do everything we can to help you.

All payments made with Alma Pay are managed by our certified servers. We use the best security measures for payment management and process millions of payments every day on sites such as Shopify, Prestashop, Woocommerce, etc.. To find out more visit: Alma Pay

Your purchasing power depends on several factors, such as the store you are purchasing from, the type of card used, whether you have already purchased with Alma Pay and repaid previous purchases without incurring delays.
If you are a new user and have never purchased with Alma Pay your purchasing power may be reduced and will increase over time the more you purchase with Alma Pay without incurring payment delays.

Remember that:
Your purchasing power does not depend on the availability of your card Alma Pay does not use external sources (e.g. CRIF) to evaluate the creditworthiness of each customer.
Please note that we are unable to provide detailed information on an individual user's purchasing power.

The first installment will be charged immediately at the time of purchase. Subsequent installments will be charged on a monthly basis.
Each installment will automatically be charged to your default card on the due date.
