DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
1. Papee srls accepts orders only for delivery within Italian territory.
2. Delivery costs, within the national territory, are always free. While shipping costs, outside the national territory, are expressed in the final order phase. Payment for the goods by the Customer will take place using the following methods: Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Google Pay & Apple Pay, Clearpay, Alma Pay, Satispay; the charge on the credit card will be applied by Papee Srls or by third-party companies that manage the payment portals on which Papee Srls relies (Owner papee.it), manager of the integrated platform of Papee srls. Nothing more is owed by the Customer than the order total.
3. Order processing times can vary from a minimum of 24 hours to a maximum of 7 working days, while the ESTIMATED delivery times are expressed in the final phase of order completion. These delivery times depend on the starting warehouse of the goods:

- Papee Home Now: goods departing from the main and secondary warehouses in Italy. Free delivery within 7 working days from order confirmation, with the possibility of purchasing the Express service which brings forward delivery 48 hours from order confirmation.

- Papee Home Italia: goods departing from the warehouses of the main cities in Italy. Free delivery within 7 working days of order confirmation.

- Papee Home Europe: goods departing from the main warehouses in Europe (Germany, Spain, France and the Czech Republic). Free delivery within 14 working days of order confirmation.

- Papee Home World: goods departing from the main warehouses in the world (USA, Australia, China, Russia). Free delivery within 21 working days of order confirmation.

No responsibility can be attributed to Papee Srls in the event of a delay in the delivery of what was ordered by the couriers. For logistical and structural reasons, Papee Srls reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer in the event of a lack of the purchased product.

4. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported by affixing the writing "INTEGRITY CHECK RESERVE" on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered. Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 48 working hours of delivery, according to the methods set out in this document.

5. In the event of failure to collect the material in stock at the courier's warehouses within 3 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer will be the shipping costs, the storage costs of the shipment at the headquarters of the courier chosen during the order phase and the costs of returning the shipment will be charged. This cumulative amount will be charged to the customer by deducting it from the refund of the order.
